Mike's Chili
ingredients
- Step 1:
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 lbs lean ground chuck or round
- 1 1/2 c chopped onions
- 1 T chopped shallots
- 1/2 c finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 T Chef Paul Meat Magic
- 2-3 T chili powder
- 1/2 t ground cumin
- 5 cloves finely chopped garlic
- Step 2:
- 4 c of Swanson’s beef broth
- 3 cans of Bushes hot chili beans (drained and rinsed)
- 4 fresh tomatoes (peeled, seeded, and chopped)
- hot sauce
- Step 3:
- 2 T cooked broth
- 2 T flour
directions

Cook step 1 ingredients in large covered pot in order until done.

Add step 2 ingredients. Cook on low heat for 2 1/2 hours.

Thicken with step 3 ingredients.
