Chicken-Teriyaki Orange Garlic Chicken

Skillet prep like Marsala or piccata with a nice sauce. Fast too.
ingredients
- 2 T oil, flour and S&P for browning
- 3 SLBL chicken breasts
- 1/3 C soy sauce
- 1T brown sugar
- 1t sesame oil
- 1t rice vinegar
- 1/3 C orange marmalade
- 2 t minced garlic
- 1 t minced ginger root
- 1 t+ corn starch

Dip chix in flour, S&P. In oiled heated med-hi skillet brown chix on both sides, about 6 min per side.

Whisk together all remaining ingredients except corn starch and pour over chicken.

Cover, heat to low and simmer until chicken is done, turning chicken several times about 10-15 min.

If sauce is still thin, sprinkle in corn starch and mix up well. Heat to bubbling for a couple of minutes. Ready!

Serve with brown rice and veggies. Top with chow mien noodles.
