Cousin Donna's Sweet Potato Pie

ingredients
- 5 large sweet potatoes, peeled
- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Preheat oven to 450. Boil sweet potatoes until soft. Drain, cube and return to pot. Mix in butter with electric mixer.

In separate bowl beat 2 eggs well and add to potato mixture. Add condensed nilk, cinnamon, vanilla & sugar. Mix well. Pour batter into casserole dish sprayes with Pam and sprinkle with nutmet. Bake uncovered for one hour
