Cranberry Salad Mold
ingredients
- 1 lb cranberries
- 1 package unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Wash berries & put through food chopper. Add sugar.

Sprinkle gelatin over orange juice in small sauce pan to soften, dissolve over low heat. Add all other ingredients & pour into a greased 1 qt mold.

Refrigerate at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
