Lasagna
ingredients
- 1 lb chopped meat
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 #2 can of tomatoes
- 1 10-oz package of noodles
- 3 cup cottage cheese
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb thinly sliced mozzerella cheese
- 1 6-oz can of tomato paste

Brown meat in hot fat. Add the next 6 ingredients. Simmer until tender and thick, about 1 hour. Stir occasionally.

Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender. Rinse with cold water.

Meanwhile, combine the next 5 ingredients. Place half of the noodles in a greased 9x13x2" baking dish. Spread with 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture, then 1/2 of the thinly sliced mozzerella cheese. Repeat, ending with the meat mixture.

Bake in a moderate oven (350°) 30 minute or until brown.
