Mama's Rice
ingredients
- RICE :
- 1 cup of long grain rice
- 1 tablespoon of chunky Mexican salsa
- 3 tablespoon of butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 cube of chicken broth
- 1 piece green onion
- 2 cups of boiling water
directions
Fry all the ingredients but the water, when the rice becomes golden slowly put in the water and wait until boils then lower the flames and cover the pan, simmer for 15 minutes.
