Spinach Pie

ingredients
- 1 9" pie shell
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 10 oz. package chopped spinach Drained
- 2 TBS flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 strips of bacon fried crispy and crumbled
- salt & pepper to taste
- OPTIONAL mushrooms
directions
Combine drained spinach salt, pepper,water, eggs and cheese. Mix well. then add flour.Pour in pie shell.top with crumbled bacon. Bake @ 350° for 1 hour
