Ham and Potato Casserole for Crock Pot
ingredients
- 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pound cooked ham, in 1 inch cubes
- 1 package (1 oz.) country style gravy
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cup milk
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
directions

Toss potatoes, uncooked, with 1 cup water, 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar. Drain.

Combine potatoes, onions, ham in greased crock pot.

Combine gravy mix, soup and milk. Whisk.

Pour over potatoes

Cover and cook on low 8 hours, low for 4 hours.

Top with cheese last 30 minutes.
