Erin's Catalina Cranberry ChickenDominique
- 3 - 4 bone in chicken pieces (breast halves and/or thighs)
- 1 16 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 8 oz bottle Kraft Catalina dressing
- 1 envelope onion soup mix (I always use Lipton)
Heat oven to 350°
Place chicken in 13 x 9 baking dish (use 2 if necessary).
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
Bake 50 minutes or until chicken is done (165 degrees).
Delicious served with rice pilaf and a green veggie to soak up the extra sauce.
