Spinach Balls
ingredients
- 2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped spinach
- 3 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Lightly grease cookie sheets

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Squeeze spinach to remove excess moisture. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into 3/4 inch balls and place on cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Note: can be frozen before baking. Place on cookie sheet to freeze. Store frozen balls in plastic bag. Thaw slightly and bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
