Seviche-Style Shrimp and Avocado Tacos
The most delicious, summery, limey dish best eaten outside with a glass of crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
ingredients
- 3 limes
- 1 cup seeded tomato, or nectarine
- 1 cup diced, ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 3/4tsp.salt
- 1/4tsp.pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb.cooked, pelled shrimp
- 12 soft corn tortillas

Finely grate lime rind to measure 1 Tbsp.

Juice limes to measure 1/4 cup. Add all remaining ingredients and toss together. Heat tortillas and serve seviche within.
