Black Bean Salsa
Otherwise known as the “dump, dump, dump recipe”.
ingredients
- 2 cans of Green Giant white shoepeg corn (drained)
- 2 cans of Rotel “Original Rotel Tomatoes” (drained)
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 can of chopped green chilis (optional)
- 1 8-ounce bottle of Wishbone Robusto Italian dressing
directions

Mix all ingredients (dump, dump, and dump) and chill.

Serve with Tostito Scoops.

The recipe I am sending you is not an old family recipe, but is an easy, delicious one that is always a crowd pleaser! It reminds me of family gatherings - it is an easy appetizer that is always is gone when the crowd leaves. I am branching out from the traditional because you will find that “easy and good” beat long prep time and lots of ingredients ANY day of the week!

I have an important tidbit of advice: do not spend hours preparing a meal for friends. Do something easy and quick so you can enjoy their company and not spend time worrying about whether the dough is rising or not! Ha!

This is great for parties (watching Alabama play?) and it tastes just as good the next day.
