Marie's Turkey Burgers

Healthy way to go and delicious!

  • 1 lb. ground turkey (not all breast meat, too dry)

  • ¾ c. chopped shallots

  • ¾ c. chopped fresh basil

  • ½ c. grated parmesan

  • ½ c. bbq sauce (optional)

  • Mix all ingredients; form burgers. Grill on one side until almost done. Burgers tend to fall apart when flipping too early.
