Healthy way to go and delicious!
1 lb. ground turkey (not all breast meat, too dry)
¾ c. chopped shallots
¾ c. chopped fresh basil
½ c. grated parmesan
½ c. bbq sauce (optional)
Mix all ingredients; form burgers. Grill on one side until almost done. Burgers tend to fall apart when flipping too early.
