Baked Potato Salad
This dish gets rave reviews everytime I serve it!
ingredients
- Baked Potato Salad
- 8 cooked, diced potatoes? (I usually use red or yukon gold potatoes and leave the skins on).
- 1 lb. American Cheese, diced.
- 1/2 to 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 lb. Crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup sliced olives. Use green olives, black olives or a jar of salad olives.
- Salt and pepper to taste
directions
Combine everything in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for one hour at 325. Serve warm.
