Coat steak with pepper and garlic powder, put in refrigerator in a.m for cooking in p.m

Put garlic powder in melted butter.

Sear steak over very hot flame.

Baste with garlic butter over lesser flame.

Use glove to feel steak... Judge by slight firmness, too soft = rubbery steak
- 6
Results should = med-well outside with pink center.
