Lucille Hawkins’ hearty and heart-warming soup
ingredients
- 5 chicken cutlets, cut into small pieces
- 1 head of celery stocks w/ leaves, chopped
- 5 bay leaves
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 chicken bullion cubes
- 3 bunches escarole, washed and cut
- 1 raw cup barley
