ingredients

  • toast points
  • sliced cooked turkey
  • cooked bacon slices
  • sliced tomatoes
  • paprika
  • Parmesan cheese
Cheese Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheese

directions

Assemble: turkey on toast, top with tomato then cheese sauce, paprika then Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler until lightly browned and bubbly. Top with bacon.

Cheese Sauce

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat stirring, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in milk and cheese. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
