Quiche Lorraine
Good brunch recipe.
ingredients
- 1 9" unbaked pie shell, well chilled
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 8 - 10 slices bacon, fry crisp, cubed
- 4 eggs
- 2 C heavy cream
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Pinch: nutmeg, sugar, cayenne pepper
- 1 C grated Swiss cheese
