Spiced Pecans
Great as a snack or on top of a salad.
ingredients
- 4 c. pecan halves
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 t. chopped thyme
- 1 t. chopped rosemary
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/4 c. dark brown sugar
- 1/4 c. melted butter
directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well. Place pecans in a single layer on a cookie sheet and roast 8 minutes.
