Del Rio Pork Tacos
ingredients
- 1-2 lb. Pork Roast
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 c. brown sugar
- Small Flour Tortillas
- Toppings:
- Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Guacamole

Place the pork roast, salsa and brown sugar in a crock pot on low for 6-8 hours, checking periodically to make sure it remains moist.

After cooking, shred the meat and return to crock pot to keep warm. Serve with tortillas and toppings.
