Thanksgiving Turkey and Stuffing
This is the way my grandma makes it...sorry for the lack of measurements.
ingredients
- 20 lb turkey
- 2 loaves bread, cubed with crust (day old or cheap bread works best)
- 2 eggs (may need a splash of water)
- celery (diced)
- onion (diced)
- 2 jars mushrooms, sliced in jar (DO NOT DRAIN)
- poultry seasoning
- sage
- salt and pepper
- apple, peeled

Cook turkey accordingly. I like to smear butter over the entire turkey and season with salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, and sage. For stuffing, mix everything (do not under season)and bake for about one hour in 325 degree oven, covered with foil.

Multiply ingredients to make more/less stuffing.
