Clams Linguini

ingredients
- 8 scallions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 2 6 1/2 oz can chopped clams
- 14 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp minced basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 4 cups cooked linguini
- parmesan cheese

Saute scallions, garlic, red pepper 2-3 mins.

Add clams (with liquid), tomatoes, wine, basil and oregano.

Bring to boil and then reduce heat.

Simmer uncovered for 10-12 mins.

Toss with pasta. Sprinkle parmesan.
