Salmon Soufle
ingredients
- 1 T oleo
- 1/4 C skim milk
- 2 slices soft bread, crumbled OR 2/3 C crumbs
- 1 lg can salmon
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 1/2 T lemon juice
- 1 T minced onion
- dash pepper

Preheat oven to 320 degrees

Beat egg white until stiff. Mix all other ingredients and fold in egg white. Put in medium square corning-ware dish sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake 50 to 60 minutes
