Ice Cream Cake

ingredients
- 19 oz Oreo cookies
- 1/3 c melted butter
- 1/2 gallon ice cream
- 12 oz fudge toppings
- 8-9 oz cool whip

Crush Oreos in food processor, set aside 2 c for topping. Pat crumbs gently with your hand so they’ll stick better when set at the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

Pour melted butter over crust. Softened ice cream goes in the pan next.

Spread 12 oz fudge topping over hardened ice cream, then top with cool whip and sprinkle 2 c of cookies over the top.
