Good Season's Italian Potatoes
“Lauren’s favourite dish besides Chinese”
ingredients
- Idaho potatoes, medium size
- Allow one potato per person per serving
- Butter melted
- Good Season’s Italian Salad Mix or garlic and cheese Salad Mix (dry pkg)
- Parmesan cheese
directions
- 1
1) Cut each potato int o 4 sections or slice in the food processer
- 2
2) Brush each section with melted butter
- 3
3) Dust with dry salad mix and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
- 4
4) Bake at 350°F on greased cookie sheet until golden brown and tender
