Delicious Meatloaf Muffins
Baking the meatloaf in muffin tins makes it moist and crispy in every bite.
ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 (10.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup ketchup (optional)
directions

combine soup, egg, salt & pepper in a bowl. Add ground beef to soup mixture. Add bread crumbs and mixx until just blended. Mixture should be wet but not soupy.

Spray muffin tins with Pam. Fill each muffin tin with meatloaf mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees. After 35 minutes spread ketchup over each muffin and bake for 10-15 more minutes.
