Ritz Triple-Layer Chocolate Pie

ingredients

  • 23 Ritz fudge covered crackers, divided
  • 2 pkg (3.9oz each) Choco instant pudding
  • 2 c. cold milk
  • 1 tub Cool Whip, thawed, divided

    Break 8 crackers into coarse crumbs; place in 9-in pie plate. Stand 12 crackers around edge.

    Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk for 2 mins. Carefully spread 1-1/2c. pudding over crumbs in pie plate. Stir 1-1/2 c. Cool Whip into remaining pudding; spoon over pie.

  • 3

    Refrigerate 3 hours. Top with reamining Cool Whip. Cut remaining crackers in half and stand up on top.
