Meatballs
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. chopped meat pork & beef
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 up fresh chopped parsley
- 3 cloves finely chopped garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Combine all of the ingredients (except the oil)and you can add a little water with your hands to keep moist while forming the meatballs. You may have to adjust the bredcrumbs/water until you feel it’s the right consistency.

Fry them in hot oil - should make about 12-14 meatballs.

You can serve plain or put in sauce!!
