Frozen Fruit Cup

This can be used as a fresh summer side salad, a brunch addition, or a dessert!

ingredients

  • 2 (10oz) packages frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 2 (6 oz) cans frozen orange juice, thawed
  • 2 (20 oz) cans crushed pineapple
  • 1 (16 oz) can mandarin oranges
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 6 bananas - sliced

    Combine all ingredients.

    Do not drain fruit.

    Spoon mixture into small, individual size containers, such as clear, plastic cups, or 5 oz paper cups. Leave an inch or so at the top.

    Freeze.

  • 5

    Remove from freezer about 1/2 hour before serving.

    Pour a little 7 up or ginger on top for a sparkling addition.

  • 7

    If they will be frozen for longer than a day, cover with cling wrap to protect from freezer burn.
