Tortellini Salad
A Twist On Tortellini
ingredients
- 1 lb. bag frozen tortellini with cheese
- 1 6 oz. bag fresh baby spinach
- 1 small bunch green onions
- 1 containter grape tomatoes
- 1 16 oz. bottle Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- 1 box microwave bacon
directions
Rinse and remove stems from spinach; layer spinach in bottom of 9x13 casserole dish. Slice and layer green onions on top of spinach. Cook tortellini as per directions on bag; drain and layer tortellini on spinach and onions. Pour dressing evenly over tortellini. Cook bacon as per directions on box; crumble and sprinkle bacon over dressing. Slice tomatoes in half and layer the top of the salad; cover with foil. Chill salad overnight.
