Crisp Cole Slaw
ingredients
- 3 lbs. cabbage, shredded
- 1 sweet green pepper and 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- Optional: 1 carrot thinly sliced

Mix well with:

Refrigerate for 2 hours. Do not drain.

Boil together the following until salt dissolves:

Pour over cabbage mixture while still hot.
