Neely Meatballs
This is the first thing Tim ever cooked for me. Quick, easy and tasty.
ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- Seasoned bread crumbs (approx. 3/4 cup)
- Salt, pepper, basil
- 1 jar traditional Ragu spaghetti sauce
directions

Combine all ingredients, except for sauce. I don’t have a measurement for bread crumbs - maybe about 3/4 cup.

Form balls.

In the meantime, heat sauce until bubbling hot. Add meatballs and cover.

Turn down to low, low/med (simmer). Stir every ten minutes.

They’ll be ready in one hour.
