ingredients

- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup Karo Syrup
- 1 tablespoon dextrose
- 4 squares chocolate

Boil to 240 degrees or higher using a candy thermometer.

add 1 teaspoom vanilla for harder caramels
cut and wrap in waxed paper
