Grab-and-Go Granola Bars

- 1 cup quick cooking or old fashioned oats
- 1 cup shredded wheat cereal
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 1/2 cups dried fruit
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
