Salad Dressing - Diana's friend Kathie
Fantastic salad dressing. Quick and soooo good! Healthy too!
ingredients
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/3 c white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
- 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup olive oil and 1/4 canola oil
- lemon squeeze
- salt and pepper
directions

Dissolve sugar and white wine vinegar over the stove.

Combine rest of ingredients.

Store in refrigerator.

Lasts a long time.
