The old reliable spinach dip
- 1 pkg. 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed, drained and sqeezed dry as possible.
- 1 pint sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 C. Hellman’s low fat mayo
- 1 pkg. Knorr Swiss Vegetable soup (or other dry vegetable soup mix)
Squeeze thawed spinach as dry as possible to avoid diluting the dip. Use plain yogurt if you want to save calories and fat.
