Asian Farfalle Pasta with Shrimp
Delicious light asian dish.
ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Oriental sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pkg (12oz) farfalle pasta
- 1 cup small cooked shrimp, shell removed and sliced in half
- 3 cups asian style frozen vegetable medley
directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in small bowl to blend. Set aside. Cook farfalle pasta according to package directions. Add asian style vegetable mixture to boiling water in final 2 mins. Combine pasta-vegetable mixture with dressing in large bowl. Add shrimp, toss to combine.
