Red Cabbage
A colorful dish for a family holiday.
ingredients
- 1 head of red cabbage (preferably not pre shredded)
- 2 T sugar
- 2-3 T balsalmic vinegar
- 2 T butter
directions
Melt butter over medium heat. Add cabbage until warmed. Add sugar and vinegar and keep over low medium heat (w/lid on the pan) until cabbage is soft, approx 15 minutes. Serve! If the cabbage does not seem wet enough, you can add chix broth, little by little.
