Spaghetti Pie
Yummy! Great to freeze or make ahead!
ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1/2 of a 12.oz box of vermicelli
- 2 Tbls. butter
- 1/3 cup Parmesan. cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- TOPPING:
- 1 Lb. Beef
- Tomato sauce (your choice; just enough to add to the beef)
- 1 container cream style cottage cheese
- Mozzarella cheese, 1 or 2 cups

Cook pasta and drain. While hot stir in butter, parmesan., and eggs.

Spoon into 10" pie pan or square pan.

Cook 350° for 10 min.

Top noodle crust with cottage cheese, then meat sauce. Bake till bubbly, 20 - 30 min.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, melt 5 min.

Let Pie rest 10 min.
