Chicken rolls
ingredients
- 8 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
- 1 package Leo’s ham or corned beef (Buddig’s)
- 8 slices of bacon
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
directions
Lay Leo slice on inside of breast half. Roll-up and wrap with bacon. Place chicken rolls in casserole dish. Mix other ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350 degreed. Serve over rice.
