Chicken Stir-Fry
ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breast
- 1 bag pre-cut oriental veggies (or 5 cups veggies of your choice)
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
- 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Cut chicken into strips or cubes. In large skillet heat oil; stir-fry chicken until it turns white, about 2 mintues. Set chicken aside on plate. Stir-fry veggies in same skillet until tender crisp. In bowl combine orange juice, soy sauce, constarch, honey, garlic and ginger; mix well. Place chicken back in skillet. Add sauce and cook until thickened; cook 1 minute. Add sesame seeds if desired.

Serve with chinese crispy noodles and rice.
