Bab's Homemade Lasagna

ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck beef
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 (16 oz) cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
- 1 (small) can tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 to 7/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
- 1 pkg. grated or sliced mozzarella
- 4-6 lasagna noodles

Saute chopped onions

Saute beef & drain grease

Mix beef, onions, garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce and rest of seasonings to meat sauce.

Spray dish with Pam and place small amount of meat sauce on bottom of dish then layer of sharp cheese then noodles.

Repeat one more time. Cover with mozzarella cheese then cover with aluminum foil and bake on 350 degrees.
