Pizza on the Grill
If time wasn’t an issue...I’d never order pizza out. Once you have it on the grill, there’s no comparison...
ingredients
Pizza- pizza dough, frozen or fresh
- olive oil
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- pizza sauce
- Traditional: Pepperoni, Sausage, onion, mushrooms, bell pepper
- BBQ: chicken, red onion, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese
- Margarita: Buffalo Mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, fresh basil
- Grilled veggies: Grilled veggies and goat cheese

Preheat grill to 375*

roll out dough to 1/4 " thickness
- 3
Brush olive oil over one side. Put directly onto grill, oil side down. Grill 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove using a pizza pan. oil the other side and turn over. Put desired topping on (IE..sauce, meat, cheese) and return to grill, uncooked side down, close lid, and grill until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes. Remove, slice and serve!
