Salisbury Steak
ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 can golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all above ingredients and shape four patties.

2. Bake in shallow dish for 30 minutes. Pour sauce of remaining soup (at least 1 1/2 cans) with 1 can water over patties. Cook at least 10 more minutes or until it bubbles.
