Italian Meatballs
Soft, tasty and even great without pasta sauce (another recipe)
ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 3/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup locatelli romano cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup olive oil

Put all ingredients in large bowl, mix with hands.

Put about 1/2 cup olive oil in frying pan. Roll meat into about the size of a golf balls. Place in oil and cook till browned on all sides. Do not overcook, they will cook more in your sauce

They can be frozen
