Cookie-Peanut Ice Cream Pizza
ingredients
- 1 roll Pillsbury “Creat ’n Bake” refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
- 1 jar hot fudge topping
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup salted peanuts

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 12 inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Break up cookie dough onto pan. Press dough into bottom and up the sides of pan. Bake 10-14 minutes and let cook completely.

2. Stir hot fudge topping and spoon half over cookie crust. Cover with scoops of ice cream, leaving 1/2 inch around edge.

3. Drizzing remaining topping over ice cream, heat if necessary. Sprinkle with peanuts and freeze 30 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
