Oven Barbecued Chicken

ingredients
- 1 cup catchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 TB. brown sugar
- 2 TB. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1 TB. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lemon, juiced (optional)
- 1 onion, diced
- 15 large chicken thighs

Combine all ingredients except chicken thighs and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Wash chicken thighs and discard skin. Put 1/4 cup water in bottom of 10 x 15 inch cake pan or similar large baking dish.

Pack chicken thighs into dish, getting in as many as possible. Spoon barbecue sauce over chicken.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until well done.
