Austin's Favorite Biscuits and Gravy
ingredients
- 1 roll of Breakfast sausage (prefer bob Evans, hot or mild)
- 1/2 c flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 chicken bouillon cube or 1 tsp better than bouillon
- flaky biscuits
- Salt and Pepper

Bake biscuits according to directions.

Brown sausage until done and finely chopped. Do not drain grease. Sprinkle flour over sausage. Slowly add milk and continue to stir..getting rid of any flour clumps. Add bouillon and simmer until gone.(5 minutes) Add milk/flour sparingly until you reach desired thickness. Finish with Salt and pepper to taste.
