ingredients
- 1 tube spicy sausage (Jimmy Dean, Hot)
- 2 packages large mushrooms
- 1 small tub (8 oz.) Onion and Chive flavored cream cheese spread
- • Parmesan cheese
directions
Clean mushrooms with damp cloth and hallow them out. Brown and drain sausage. Mix cream cheese and sausage together. Spoon into mushroom cups. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° degrees for 15-20 minutes or until they sizzle. Serve warm.
