Basic Bread
Easy bread, that you can add different things too for variety and creativity!
ingredients
- 50ml warm water
- 7g yeast
- 1tsp sugar
- 500ml warm water (may not need it all)
- 500 g Flour (plus 1/2 cup seeds, nuts dried fruit etc)
- 2 tsp rice malt syrup
- 2 tsp salt
directions

in a bowl mix together the first 3 ingredient and wait 10 mins for it to froth and bubble

add flour and enough water to the bowl stir together, then tip onto bench and knead for 5 mins

put back in bowl, and cover. leave for 1 hour

knead again for 2 mins then shape and place in loaf tin (greased and floured). leave to rise again for 30 mins

bake 160c for 40 mins
